Job Description

Seeking a compassionate clinician to join a dynamic treatment team dedicated to supporting young adults through mental health challenges and fostering independence.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and lead clinical discussions.

Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress.

Offer crisis support, safety planning, and stabilization when needed.

Facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups to promote emotional regulation and life skills.

Model professionalism and healthy boundaries for residents.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Vermont licensure eligibility, trauma-informed care experience, and strong communication skills.
