Job Description

Seeking a compassionate clinician to join a dynamic treatment team dedicated to supporting young adults through mental health challenges and fostering independence.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and lead clinical discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress.
  • Offer crisis support, safety planning, and stabilization when needed.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups to promote emotional regulation and life skills.
  • Model professionalism and healthy boundaries for residents.


  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Vermont licensure eligibility, trauma-informed care experience, and strong communication skills.
