Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Stay current with behavioral health advancements to deliver optimal care.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree and relevant licensure in West Virginia and/or Ohio, such as LSW, LISW, LPC, or similar credentials.

    This full-time role requires in-person work in Parkersburg, WV, with relocation before starting.
