Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our outpatient team, providing high-quality mental health services.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on behavioral health advancements to deliver optimal care.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree and licensure in West Virginia and/or Ohio, such as LSW, LISW, LPC, and other relevant credentials.

    This full-time role requires in-person work in Parkersburg, WV, with relocation prior to starting.
