Job Description
Seeking a *Therapist II – Ed/SBBH* for a School-Based Behavioral Health Program to provide behavioral health services and interventions aimed at enhancing students’ academic and social experiences.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, utilizing positive behavior support strategies, facilitating transitions, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, child development, or related fields, with at least three years of experience in child/adolescent behavioral health, preferably in school-based settings. Licenses, clearances, and optional licensure (e.g., BCBA) are preferred.
Position follows an academic calendar (10 months), with summers off but paid, and offers an optional Extended School Year program in July. Benefits include a 401(k), health/dental insurance, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
