Job Description

The Staff Physician provides primary healthcare services in a community clinic setting, diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care within licensure scope.

Responsibilities include ordering follow-up care, developing treatment plans, supervising mid-level practitioners, and participating in hospital duties and on-call schedules.

Maintains accurate medical records, reviews lab results, and ensures timely documentation.

Engages in team activities such as peer reviews, quality improvement meetings, and resource development, while adhering to organizational mission and standards.

Qualifications include a valid California Physician License, current CPR/BLS certification, and bilingual skills preferred. Must meet physical requirements for clinical duties. The role is full-time, with a salary range of $265,000–$300,000 annually.
