Job Description

The Staff Physician provides primary healthcare in a community clinic setting, diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care within licensure scope.

They ensure timely documentation, participate in team activities, and support quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, supervising mid-level practitioners, making referrals, and maintaining medical records according to guidelines.

They contribute to team collaboration, resource development, and participate in meetings to promote clinic objectives.

Minimum requirements include a valid California Physician License, current CPR/BLS certification, and preferably bilingual skills. Physical abilities must support clinical duties.

Job is full-time, with a salary range of $265,000–$300,000 annually, and involves in-person work.
