The Medical Director – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry oversees mental health care for children aged 5-14, including evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and supervision of mental health staff.

Requirements include a MD/DO license in Virginia, board eligibility or certification in psychiatry, DEA license, and experience with youth mental health conditions.

The role offers a competitive salary ($300,000-$400,000), comprehensive benefits, flexible schedule, and relocation assistance.
