Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role at a community health center in Virginia.

Position involves providing comprehensive medical care, including acute and chronic conditions, primarily at the Cana clinic and via telehealth across multiple locations.

Requires independence, competence in procedures like suturing, and the ability to manage diverse patient needs, including older adults and social determinants of health.

Must hold Virginia licensure, DEA, Medicare, and Medicaid credentials, with BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications within 30 days.
