Job Description

Seeking a Licensed or License-Eligible Clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) for a full-time Family Preservation team serving Region 4 (Allen, Whitley, Noble, Dekalb, La Grange, Steuben counties).

  • Provide short-term, family-focused in-home services to support families in crisis, enhance parenting, and ensure child safety, using evidence-based practices like 123 Magic, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
  • Work collaboratively with families, community partners, and team members, maintaining a flexible schedule with options for telehealth and in-person visits.
  • Qualifications include an independent, unrestricted license in Indiana, child welfare experience, and regional DCS connections.
