Job Description

The Mental Health Clinician & ACT Team Lead oversees a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Crook County, providing clinical guidance, supervision, and community outreach for clients with severe mental health conditions.

They conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver or supervise services such as individual therapy, case management, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, and group facilitation.

The role involves collaborating with community partners, managing documentation, and leading staff training.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, relevant licensure, and experience in behavioral health. Bilingual skills and experience with severe mental illness are preferred.

Work is in person, with a pay rate of $34.65 – $45.71/hour.
