The Mental Health Clinician & ACT Team Lead oversees the Assertive Community Treatment team, providing clinical guidance, supervision, and community outreach for clients with severe mental health conditions.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, medication management, crisis intervention, and leading psycho-educational groups. The role involves collaborating with community agencies, maintaining documentation, and supporting staff training.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, minimum two years of experience in behavioral health, and necessary licensure (QMHP, CSWA, or PCA), with preferred licensure (LPC, LCSW). Bilingual skills and experience with severe mental illness are a plus.
Compensation ranges from $34.65 to $45.71 per hour, with in-person work. The role emphasizes adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and organizational values.
