Mental Health Counselor (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)

Job Description

We are seeking fully licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a 1099 contract role in Virginia, starting January 5, 2026.

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via virtual or in-person sessions.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).

Maintain accurate records, collaborate with other providers, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Manage caseload independently with flexible hours and remote/in-person options.

Qualifications include active licensure, strong therapeutic skills, and proficiency with EHR systems.

Compensation offers a split starting at 60/40, with opportunities for growth, billing support, and professional development.
