Job Description

We are seeking a trauma-informed licensed clinician in Nebo/Morganton, NC, to provide mental health services for children and families involved in foster care.

  • Requires a Master’s Degree and NC licensure (associate or full).
  • Preferred qualifications include rostered in TF-CBT, participation in NC Child Treatment Program, or national certification, along with experience in trauma treatment and substance use.
  • Salary starts at $50,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

    The clinician will conduct assessments, deliver therapy (e.g., Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Centered Treatment), handle case management, and collaborate with other providers and agencies.
    Work is in-person, supporting a long-standing child advocacy and foster community organization operating since 1903 with multiple centers across NC.
