Job Description

Join our team as a Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program, providing therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.

  • Administer screening processes for treatment and education suitability based on assessments.
  • Develop and monitor program standards, referrals, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist with program evaluations and policy development.
  • Facilitate groups, provide individual counseling, and conduct staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, perform audits, and support smooth after-care transitions.

    • **Qualifications:**
    – Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling
    – Montana State Licensure (LSW or LCPC)
    – 5+ years experience in social services, case management, or correctional programs
    – Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills
    – Ability to relate to offenders empathetically and professionally

    **Preferred:** Experience in correctional settings, therapeutic community models, cognitive behavioral therapies, or related programs.

    **Details:** Full-time, $25-$30/hr, benefits include insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development. Must relocate to Lewistown, MT, and work in person, with occasional travel and after-hours shifts.
