Job Description
Seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Administer screening, develop treatment and education plans, and ensure program standards. Conduct individual and group counseling, facilitate staff training, and support program evaluations. Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and coordinate after-care transitions. Collaborate with staff on policies, procedures, and quality assurance. Requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, 5+ years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC). Preferred experience with offenders, correctional environments, and therapeutic models like MRT or CBT. Qualifications: Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Must be able to work in-person in Lewistown, MT, with occasional travel and flexible hours.
Compensation & Benefits: $25-$30/hr, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development. Relocation required before start.
