We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and self-motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing group practice, serving diverse populations including children, families, and individuals. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual therapy, and coordinating care, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as CBT and motivational interviewing. The position offers flexibility with onsite work—including local nursing homes and assisted living facilities—and telehealth options. Candidates must hold valid licensure (PLMHP, LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP, or LISCW), possess strong crisis management skills, and demonstrate cultural competency. This 1099 contractor role provides a flexible schedule with opportunities for professional growth, with a new, larger space opening in Hastings this winter.
