Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and self-motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice.
Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual therapy using evidence-based techniques such as CBT and motivational interviewing. Work with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals facing mental health challenges. Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and coordinate care with healthcare professionals. Utilize telehealth when needed and offer onsite therapy at local nursing homes and assisted livings in Central Nebraska. Possess valid licensure (PLMHP, LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP, or LISCW) with skills in crisis and behavior management. This is a flexible, part-time or full-time 1099 contractor role with opportunities to work in a grassroots, rural setting.
