Job Description
We’re seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join a supportive, progressive clinic providing therapeutic services for diverse populations, including those with severe and persistent mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and sexual offending behaviors.
**Responsibilities:**
Deliver psychotherapy to clients in Day Treatment and outpatient settings using evidence-based methods
Maintain accurate documentation, attend staff meetings, and participate in case consultations
Adhere to licensing ethics and clinic policies
Engage in ongoing training and professional development**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., or M.S.W.) and working toward licensure (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.)
Experience or interest in working with special needs, trauma, or sexual offending populations preferred
Self-motivated, culturally sensitive, and collaborative**Benefits:**
Salary up to $82,800 based on caseload
