Mental Health Therapist $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Therapists. Must be 20+ years old, with a clean background, drug screen, and physical.

Salary: $65,000/year, dependent on education and experience.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution, and a valid professional license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Minimum one year of supervised experience providing therapy to children and adolescents, with coursework in child development and counseling.

The Therapist provides trauma-informed case management and therapy, collaborating with hospital liaisons, schools, and community partners.
