Mental Health Therapist and Substance Use Counselor

Job Description

Seeking a licensed therapist to conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and didactic counseling in an outpatient setting. The role includes working with clients to achieve personal, social, educational, and vocational goals, with opportunities for substance use and children’s services. Must hold a valid Michigan license (e.g., LP, LMSW, LPC, LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMFT) and be personable with diverse clientele. Positions are available at Bad Axe and Pigeon clinics, with potential eligibility for HRSA student loan forgiveness.

Full-time role offering a salary of $50,000-$70,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, flexible schedule, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. The position requires a Master’s degree and a clinical or substance use license/certification. Work is in person.
