Job Description

Provide direct mental health counseling and services to referred clients, primarily in school-based and outpatient settings across multiple locations including Texarkana, Nashville, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include documenting treatment interventions per individualized plans, working under supervision to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.

Full-time role offering a salary between $75,000-$100,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, relocation assistance, and more.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, Arkansas licensure, at least 1 year of mental health counseling experience preferred, and fluency in English. Must work day shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call availability, and be able to commute to Nashville, AR.
