Job Description
Provide direct counseling and mental health services to referred clients in school-based and outpatient settings across multiple locations including Texarkana, Nashville, and surrounding areas.
Full-time position offering a salary of $75,000-$100,000/year with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, relocation assistance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Responsibilities include delivering and documenting treatment interventions per individualized plans under supervision of the Clinical Director, ensuring timely and cost-effective care.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, Arkansas licensure, at least 1 year of mental health counseling experience preferred, and proficiency in English. Must be available for day shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call availability.
