Job Description

Providing direct mental health counseling services to referred individuals in school-based and outpatient settings across multiple locations in Texarkana, Nashville, and surrounding areas.

Job responsibilities: Deliver and document treatment interventions per individualized plans under supervision of the Clinical Director, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.

Details: Full-time, with a salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, offering a flexible schedule, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Arkansas license, at least 1 year of mental health counseling experience preferred, fluent in English, and able to work day shifts Monday to Friday in person.
