Job Description

Seeking a dedicated *Geriatric Therapist* to provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults in a nursing home setting as part of PHP/IOP programs.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, participating in clinical meetings, engaging residents in therapeutic activities, and maintaining documentation in an electronic health record system.

Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in a mental health field, active Texas licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.), with preferred experience in PHP/IOP or geriatric populations.
