Mental Health Therapist / Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Program Therapist to work with a low caseload of six clients at our residential treatment center for children aged 8-13.

Therapists engage in in-depth clinical work, build relationships within the residential environment, and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment and safety plans. They provide individual, group, and family therapy, oversee clinical services, and update families and referral sources on progress.

Training is a key component, including opportunities to earn certification in Dr. Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and other nationally recognized approaches.
