Job Description

The Program Therapist provides comprehensive clinical care for a low caseload of children aged 8-13 in a residential treatment setting.

They build therapeutic relationships through in-milieu interactions, create individualized trauma-informed treatment and safety plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy.

The role emphasizes using the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) for personalized intervention, with opportunities for advanced training and certification.

Candidates need a Master’s or PhD in a related field, licensure or eligibility in New Mexico, and a passion for trauma-informed care. Benefits include a competitive salary, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
