Job Description

The Program Therapist role involves providing in-depth clinical care to a small caseload of youth at a residential treatment center, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as interacting within the residential milieu to foster healthy relationships and emotional growth.


Candidates will develop trauma-informed, personalized treatment plans based on the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), with opportunities for intensive training and certification. Experience or interest in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is encouraged, as all clinicians currently hold EAP certification.


The position offers a supportive team environment, professional growth opportunities, and potential to present at national conferences. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 depending on licensure and experience, with full benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.


Requirements include a master’s or doctorate in a related field, licensing eligibility in New Mexico, and a passion for trauma-informed care. The role is full-time, in-person, with a schedule typically Monday to Friday.
