Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist/Head of Service for our Pomona STRTP, offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensure compliance, and provide direct services to youth, including assessments, treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapy. Coordinate care with staff, monitor service quality, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings, crisis intervention, and performance improvement projects. Qualifications include a California Board-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, one year of relevant experience, valid driver’s license, and excellent communication skills. Physical ability to operate office equipment, lift up to 25 lbs., and handle physical situations is required.
