Job Description

Sign-On Bonus & Schedule: $1,000 bonus; Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-6:00pm

Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor Intern (LMHC/I)

Role Overview: Provides outpatient mental health services under supervision, gaining experience in counseling, behavioral health, and social services. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ensures quality care using DSM-5, ASAM, LOCUS, and other criteria.

Qualifications: At least 21 years old, U.S. citizen or authorized to work, pass background and drug tests, clean driving record, and approved intern status with Nevada Board of Examiners.

Skills: Excellent communication, organization, confidentiality, technology proficiency, and ability to build effective relationships.

Compensation & Benefits: $48-$55/hr, full-time (40 hrs/week), with health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, professional development, and tuition reimbursement.
