Job Description

Join a growing behavioral health team dedicated to transforming mental health services in Eastern New Mexico. As a therapist, you’ll provide individual, family, and couples counseling for various mental health and substance use issues, with a mix of online and in-office work.


  • Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and explore patient thoughts and feelings.
  • Lead therapy sessions, crisis support, and make referrals as needed.
  • Maintain confidential records and participate in training and meetings.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, NM licensure (LLCSW, LPCC, LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT), and experience in crisis intervention.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and bilingual abilities preferred.
