  • Seeking autonomous therapists for full-time, part-time, or supplemental roles, including afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
  • W2 position with bi-weekly pay, offering health insurance and paid time off.
  • Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, implementing treatment plans under supervision, providing individual, couples, and family sessions, documenting progress per regulations, participating in case collaboration, and utilizing telehealth as needed.
  • Must reside in NM, hold a valid license, or be a master’s intern in mental health counseling or social work, with familiarity in evidence-based practices and caseload management.
  • Strong communication, empathy, ethical standards, and teamwork skills required.
