Seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist/Substance Abuse Counselor in Lubbock, TX to provide direct treatment for adults with addiction and mental health issues.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, offering individual and group counseling with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, and providing crisis intervention.
Must ensure confidentiality, support medical teams, and participate in treatment planning and team meetings.
Requirements: Master’s degree, Texas LPC or LCSW license, detail-oriented, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and valid driver’s license.
Part-time, flexible schedule (10-30 hours/week), with potential for full-time. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 annually, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
