Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist/Substance Abuse Counselor in Lubbock, TX to provide direct treatment for adults with addiction and mental health issues.

  • Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, offering individual and group counseling with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, and providing crisis intervention.
  • Must ensure confidentiality, support medical teams, and participate in treatment planning and team meetings.
  • Requirements: Master’s degree, Texas LPC or LCSW license, detail-oriented, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and valid driver’s license.
  • Part-time, flexible schedule (10-30 hours/week), with potential for full-time. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 annually, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
