Job Description
Seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist/Mental Health Counselor combining clinical expertise and faith to support clients facing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship issues.
Part-time or full-time roles with flexible productivity expectations available.

Qualifications:
Master’s in Social Work (LSW) or Counseling (LPC); independent licensure (LISW or LPCC) preferred.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual and family counseling using evidence-based interventions aligned with treatment plans.
Complete mental health assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and documentation promptly.
Participate in peer review, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
