The School Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, school-year position based in Muskegon, MI, focusing on supporting elementary students’ emotional, social, and academic well-being.


  • Provide individual and group counseling to children and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to meet mental health needs.
  • Deliver consultation, education, and training to school personnel.
  • Coordinate mental health services and document clinical notes accurately.
  • Offer evidence-based education in various settings and make appropriate referrals.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, active Michigan license, CPR/BLS certification, and experience with mental health diagnosis and treatment.
