Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Therapist dedicated to trauma-informed care to support children and adolescents through evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.


  • Full-time, Monday-Friday days, exempt position with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external new hires.

  • Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, leading individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

  • Assess patient needs via clinical interviews and collateral information, recognize signs of harm, and implement appropriate interventions.

  • Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care, maintain documentation, and meet productivity standards.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and licensure (LISW or LMHC preferred). Some sites may require BLS certification.
