Job Description

Seeking full-time licensed Therapists to provide community-based mental health and behavioral health services in a hybrid setting in Fairlawn, OH.


Responsibilities include

  • delivering individual, family, and group therapy;
  • developing treatment plans;
  • responding to crises;
  • coordinating community resources;
  • participating in supervision and treatment meetings.


    Qualifications:

    • Licensed LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT with a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Ability to work in client homes and community settings, with flexible hours.
    • Valid Ohio driver’s license, background clearance, and legal work authorization.
