Job Description

We are seeking a *Minimally Invasive GYN Surgeon* specialized in *Advanced Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgery* to join a leading, physician-owned ASC in Rockville, MD, equipped with Da Vinci Xi robotic platform.

This role offers the opportunity to perform complex GYN procedures, including retroperitoneal hysterectomy, myomectomy, endometriosis excision, and GYN cancers, with a focus on better clinical control, outcomes, and cost-efficiency outside hospital settings.

The position features a competitive salary ($350,000–$450,000), no call or weekend work, predictable schedule, and benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Surgeons will have access to ASC investment pathways, revenue sharing, and proprietary training in techniques like LAAM and retroperitoneal excision.
