Seeking a Crisis Clinical Lead to support our Mobile Crisis team in Augusta, ME.

**Responsibilities include:**
– Providing clinical consultation and on-call support
– Reviewing assessments and documentation
– Mentoring staff and ensuring program compliance
– Collaborating with community partners

**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in a social service field
– Licensed or conditionally licensed LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent
– Minimum 1 year in mental health, crisis experience preferred
– MHRT-CSP certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
