Seeking a Crisis Clinical Lead to support a Mobile Crisis team in Augusta, ME.

This full-time role offers $35-$38/hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include providing clinical consultation, supervising staff, reviewing assessments, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with community partners.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in a social service field, full licensure (LCSW, LCPC), at least 1 year in a mental health setting (preferably crisis experience), and MHRT-CSP certification or ability to obtain.
