Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience for a full-time role in the Shreveport, LA area.
Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited program and be Board-Certified (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP). At least one year of wound care and nurse practitioner experience required. Prior primary care or wound care certifications (WCC, CWON, CWS) are highly recommended. Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records. Must have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a compassionate bedside manner. Position involves travel to patient homes using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). No weekend shifts; scheduled hours Monday through Friday. Base salary of $140,000/year with benefits including health/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and life/vision insurance.
