Growing company focused on positivity, learning, and patient outcomes seeks a Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner in the Portland, OR area.

  • Requires wound care experience, strong communication skills, and prior primary care or wound care background preferred.
  • Responsibilities include assessing patients, reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Must have a compassionate bedside manner, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Travel in personal vehicle to patient homes; mileage reimbursed. Certification support available.
  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of wound care and NP experience needed; additional certifications like WCC, CWON, or CWS are a plus.
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends, with earning potential up to $180,000/year and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
