MOBILE WOUND CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER

Job Description

We are a growing, positive-focused company seeking an energetic Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner in the Portland, OR area.

Must have wound care experience, excellent verbal communication, and a compassionate bedside manner.

Prior primary and wound care experience is a plus; ability to work independently with routine and new patients.

Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records.

Position involves travel in personal vehicle to patient homes with mileage reimbursement.

Company offers certification reimbursement and the potential for a salary up to $180,000/year.

Requirements: Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Masters degree), 1+ year wound care and NP experience, preferred certifications (WCC, CWON, CWS), and willingness to learn and communicate effectively.
