Join a growing team delivering advanced, in-person wound care across California in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and homes. This flexible, field-based role offers full-time or part-time options, with W-2 or 1099 employment models.

Responsibilities include performing wound procedures, diagnosing complex wounds, educating patients, and collaborating with care teams. Requirements include a California medical license, MD/DO degree, 3+ years experience, and proficiency in wound care. Preferred qualifications include wound care certification and prior experience in long-term or home health settings.

Schedule includes a minimum of two shifts weekly, with potential on-call and weekend duties. Compensation ranges from $245K to $325K annually, with benefits available for full-time roles. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be able to travel, and meet California licensing and compliance standards.
