Mobile Wound Care Provider NP/PA Needed!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA)* to join our expanding clinical team, delivering advanced wound care across diverse settings.

Position Summary:
Provide expert wound assessment, treatment, and care planning in patients’ homes and contracted facilities within your designated region. Work independently to ensure comprehensive, evidence-based wound management.

• Travel to care facilities and homes for assessments, treatments, and follow-up
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
• Perform debridement, advanced dressing applications, and therapeutic procedures
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care
• Document care via EHR, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare partners to optimize care
• Stay updated on wound care best practices and protocols
• Maintain open communication with leadership

Qualifications:
Current NP/PA license in Kansas, board certification, wound care certification preferred, minimum 2 years’ experience (preferred), strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and ability to obtain DEA license within 30 days.
