Job Description

We are seeking a motivated *Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA)* to join our expanding clinical team, delivering exceptional patient care in diverse settings.

  • Provide expert wound assessment, treatment, and care planning at patient homes and care facilities within your region.
  • Perform debridement, advanced dressings, and therapeutic procedures.
  • Develop individualized wound care plans and educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and management.
  • Document care via EHR, collaborate with healthcare partners, and stay current on best practices.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, ensuring comprehensive, evidence-based care.

    • Qualifications include a current NP/PA license in Kansas, board certification, and wound care experience or willingness to obtain certification. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a DEA license (or ability to obtain) are required.

    We offer competitive pay ($120K-$135K), bonuses, company vehicle, continuing education, benefits, and a supportive team. This full-time role involves travel and on-the-road work.
