Job Description

We are seeking a motivated *Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA)* to join our expanding clinical team, delivering expert wound assessment and treatment across patient homes and care facilities.


  • Travel to various locations to perform wound evaluations, treatments, and follow-ups
  • Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
  • Perform procedures such as debridement and advanced dressing applications
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care
  • Document care using EHR in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners to coordinate care
  • Maintain current knowledge of wound care practices and products
  • Communicate effectively with leadership

    • Qualifications include a current NP/PA license in Kansas, board certification, and wound care certification (preferred). Minimum of 2 years’ wound care experience is preferred. The role offers competitive pay ($120K-$135K), a company vehicle, continuing education support, and comprehensive benefits.
