Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to join our expanding clinical team, delivering exceptional patient care in diverse settings.

  • You will travel to patient homes and care facilities to perform wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Develop and implement personalized wound care plans based on clinical evaluations.
  • Perform procedures such as debridement and advanced dressing applications.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and management.
  • Document care using EHR systems in compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners to coordinate care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wound care best practices.

    • Qualifications include current NP/PA license in Kansas, board certification, and wound care certification (preferred). Minimum 2 years of wound care experience is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills are essential. DEA license or ability to obtain within 30 days is required.
