Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to join our expanding clinical team, delivering specialized wound care across diverse healthcare settings.
Responsibilities include:
Traveling to patient homes and care facilities for wound assessment and treatment
Developing and implementing individualized wound care plans
Performing debridement and advanced wound therapies
Educating patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care
Documenting care using EHR and collaborating with healthcare partners
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of wound care practices
Qualifications:
Current NP/PA license in Texas with board certification
Preferred wound care certification and 2+ years of experience
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
DEA license or ability to obtain within 30 days
