Job Description
We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental illness, violent behavior, or substance use issues at risk of out-of-home placement.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, preparing court reports, and offering crisis intervention and transportation as needed. Availability by phone outside business hours is required.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline, licensure as an LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, or LPC, and 1-2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with serious mental health or behavioral issues. Candidates must have strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently.
