Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for this full-time MST Therapist position in Waterville and surrounding areas, focusing on intensive, community-based family therapy for adolescents with behavioral challenges.

Work involves collaborating with families, schools, probation, and child welfare to promote lasting change, often evenings/weekends.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields, or extensive experience with a license or in progress toward licensure.
